Today’s Tip: Drink Green Tea

I just read that green tea fights fat! I have introduced decaffineated green tea into my day. It is said to have “polyphenol catechins,” an anti-oxidant that protects us against the effects of radiation. Drinking green tea is said to lower your cholesterol, reduce blood pressure and increase your metabolism. As an anti-viral agent, it helps fight the flu. Hmmm. Interesting! Try a cup. It’s not bad, it’s actually quite good!
