Tip #60: Limit your alcohol intake
Yeah, Yeah, we all know this. Alcohol calories, although they are carbohydrates, are not calories your body can use. In fact they are stored as body fat. There is a reason they call a beer belly a beer belly! Limit your intake to a glass or two of wine per week or a couple of beers on the weekend. The more a person drinks, the less consistent they are with exercise. You’ll also notice your brain power increases!
Enjoy a glass of wine now and then, just not every night when you get home from work. Now many of you will write back and say, “They (doctors), now say that a glass of red wine is good for you each night.” This may be true, however, it depends on what your fitness goal isJ
So stay motivated and limit your intake!
