Health and Vitality Tip #59, Cauliflower with a crunch!
I have been making this for years. It is quick and easy and oh so deliciousJ
1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
2. Cut up 1 head of cauliflower into small florets. Put into a baking dish.
3. Sprinkle with lemon juice, olive oil, and several cloves of sliced garlic
4. Top with parmesan cheese (Optional) I rarely use the cheese anymore. It’s healthier without it!
5. Pop in the oven for 15 min.
It is tasty and a great side dish to any meal
