Health and Vitality Tip #45: Put a Bowl of fruit on the table!
I started doing this a while back and I now notice that when I wander in to the kitchen “looking” for a “treat” I grab a piece of fruit and wander back into my officeJ It’s a great idea to up your fruit intake and helps you control your hunger. I no longer crave sweets and the crunchy sound of biting into an apple or pear is quite satisfying!
So put a bowl on your table and eat a piece a day. You’ll be glad you did!
