We’ve all heard that you should drink a minimum of 8 glasses of water per day. Did you know that that is AVERAGE and that it is different for every person. To calculate your daily water intake, take your weight and divide it in half. That is the # of ounces you should be drinking per day. That’s right! (Ex., I am 138 lb., so I need to drink 69 oz. per day. That’s over 2 litres!).
Fill a liter bottle with filtered water and monitor your intake.
