“Fitness Fanatics” Health and Vitality Tips

Day 1

Start a fitness journal. I have several blank journals at home that I am delegating as my “Personal Fitness Log.” At the end of each day I will record something positive that I did to reach my goals. Ex.  Today I am writing that I did 40 min. of cardio on the elliptical machine!
