Tip #180: Gaining Motivation

Several of you have written saying that you started training then have lost steam after a month or so. How do you gain it back, you ask? Well, it could be that you have over trained and need to take a break. If you take a week off from working out, do some cardio outside. 9did anyone go out and buy a jump rope yet? J). Go for a bike ride or a scenic run and you likely to jump back into your workouts. When you do, rest a day between sessions, instead of going crazy and over doing it again! It’s also smart to schedule a massage so you can pamper yourself and have something to work towardsJ
