Tip #150: Tune In, Turn On, Work Out!
Sometimes when I don’t have time to run to the gym, I tune in to a quick program on TV to get my “fix.” Here are a few to file away for the next time you want to workout, but have to be really watchful of your time. (Or just are looking for something different!).
Tune into INHALE on Oxygen (weekdays, 6AM ET/5 CT). You’ll sculpt sexy legs and glutes during this routine by holding poses like Tree and Warrior for at least a minute-just ignore those quivering musclesJ
Tune into Denise Austin’s Daily Workout on Lifetime (weekdays, 7:30-8:00am, ET/PT). Each day brings a different cardio/ sculpt routine. I’ve been watching Denise form years. She’s great and a real pro on the circuitJ
Tune into Classical Stretch on PBS (check your local listings). It’s perfect to help you relax and unwind.
Tune into ALL-Star Workouts on FitTV (Saturdays, 8-9pm ET). It has a variety of moves from top trainers, including hip-hop dance and boot camp routines to burn fat.
