Tip #132: Honey Ginger Chicken
Here’s a great recipe for grilled chicken. The best part is there are only a few ingredients. It’s simple, yet tasty for a great meal that you do not have to fuss over. It takes about 2 minutes to prep it!

Honey Ginger Chicken
3 T. lemon juice
1 ½ T. sesame oil
1 ½ T. low-sodium soy sauce (or tamari)
1 ½ T. honey
2 t. minced ginger 1 clove of garlic, minced
2 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
1. Combine all ingredients except chicken in a bowl and mix well. Transfer mixture to a zip lock bag. Add chicken and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
2. Grill chicken over medium heat on a slightly oiled grate for 4 to 5 minutes per side.
